Remote Portugal Salary: €28,800 – €35,000 gross/year We are looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to join a growing BPO environment and manage key client relationships while driving operational performance and service excellence. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work closely with international clients and internal teams while playing a key role in service delivery, account growth, and operational optimisation. What you will be doing Client & Account Management Act as the main point of contact for key client accounts Build strong, long-term relationships with clients Lead regular performance reviews and service updates Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are consistently achieved Client Onboarding Manage the onboarding of new client accounts Coordinate onboarding timelines with internal teams and client stakeholders Work closely with Operations, Quality, HR and Talent teams to ensure a smooth setup Performance & Operations Monitor operational performance and service quality Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement Implement actions to ensure service levels and productivity targets are met Account Growth Identify opportunities for service improvement and account expansion Support contract renewals and commercial discussions when required Team & Operational Support Provide guidance to Team Leaders and operational teams Support team development and performance management Ensure teams meet client expectations and operational standards Reporting & Forecasting Deliver clear and insightful reporting to clients and internal stakeholders Work with internal teams on forecasting volumes, headcount and performance What we are looking for: Fluent German and English Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services Experience working in a BPO or contact centre environment Experience with Contact centre metrics such as AHT, CSAT, QA, occupancy, shrinkage and service levels Managing performance against KPIs and SLAs CRM or SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk or similar Data analysis, reporting and forecasting Nice to have Experience managing international or multilingual accounts Additional languages Experience supporting account growth or commercial initiatives What makes you a great fit Client-focused and commercially minded Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable working in dynamic and growing environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Offer Fully remote position Competitive salary €28,800 – €35,000 gross/year Opportunity to work with international clients and teams Exposure to large-scale BPO operations
