Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for WSC Sports’ Americas based clients.
  • Maintain an ongoing relationship for all client-related aspects, from product implementation onwards.
  • Utilize account management skills to lead a team of internal product, operations, support, technical account, and delivery stakeholders to support our clients’ business outcomes.
  • Deliver business reviews to reflect the value the client derives from our service.
  • Extract value matter data from BI tools, and generate reports.
  • Serve as a trusted client consultant; develop and share best practices for leveraging our platform to drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Partner with business development counterpart to develop strategic customer plans, with focus on mitigating risk and securing renewals.
  • Identify upsell opportunities with existing clients to contribute to company growth targets.
