Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business objectives to proactively suggest strategies that drive success.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, demonstrating a track record of success.
• Certifications in project management or sales methodologies such as PMP or SPIN Selling are highly desirable.
• Experience in the specific industry relevant to our business, providing a contextual understanding of client needs.
