Description

We are looking for a creative, resourceful and dependable Account Manager. You will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the client’s digital marketing strategy to improve their web presence and achieve their marketing goals. You will also be responsible for building and managing great working relationships with current and potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact for client’s digital marketing matters
  • Plan and implement social media marketing and digital strategies for clients while maintaining the client’s branding
  • Analyse the effectiveness of marketing digital campaigns
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects to increase the client’s web presence and increase customer ROI
  • Set up and monitor Key Performance Index (KPI) system for each client

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a digital Account Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or any related field
  • Strong sense of ownership in achieving client’s marketing goals
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong knowledge in Google Adwords campaigns, SEO/SEM and CRM software
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Analytic, critical thinker and have great problem-solving skills
  • Great team player and has good time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
