Description
Your Contribution  Develop new business according to MAHLE product development process (PDP) process; lead project team to prepare quotations after received RFQ and define project conditions in PAC meeting, negotiate with customers for series production price, fulfill tasks and update relevant information in internal system (SOF, EasyDMS, C projects and etc..) on time. Maintain and keep good relationships with OEM customers. Make target acquisition projects and business sales plan that related to CN plants. Report development trends of customer to manager and update customer book regularly. Follow up account receivable and negotiate for annual series production price including sign price agreement. Organize technical exchange activities and promote new products technology to customer. Coordinate with global key account team regarding internal price definition when promote global projects. Organize contract review with key account team as internal process for frame contract, major commercial agreements and development contract. Cooperate with R&D department in the competitor suppliers or products market share research also for development of new or special applications required by the customers; Cooperate with BU and plants in terms of technical, quality, commercial and logistic issues of series production projects supplied to customers Your Experience & Qualifications Bachelor degree,5-8 years experience as OEM sales in automotive industry Require fluent English, experienced on Local or Global OEMs business Knowledge & sense of new energy technology is expected Good communication skill and quick problem solving Good at office software Do you have any questions?
