As a business account manager, you help maintain business relationships with struggling clients for accounts that have a major impact on the business sector. You balance portfolio profitability with client/partner satisfaction. You serve and maintain personal business relationships with businesses, associations and groups. The ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly understand clients’ expressed needs is therefore essential. You drive results by actively helping your unit achieve its sales and business development objectives.
