Job Overview Manages a sales team to achieve financial goals. The geography of responsibility may range from a large account to a mid-sized market or a portion of a large region Provides the key client relationship to a major client or clients through relationships with executives and leaders in the client organization in a part of a large or mid-sized market or part of a large region. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA offerings and identifying new business opportunities Essential Functions • Manage the activities of a sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territory • Takes proactive role in contract strategy • Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new Business and win backs opportunities • As required, may lead negotiations in renewing contracts within assigned accounts • Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts • Provides leadership to the sales team and coordinates the involvement of IQVIA resources (marketing, sales specialist, consulting and client Service) in actively promoting the full IQVIA portfolio of products and consulting services offerings to anticípate and meet client needs • Ensure that sales team is fully staffed, trained and deployed to maximise sales coverage • Develops and execute account plans and monitors progress • Adjust plan accordingly to consider new IQVIA products/Service offering as well as significant changes to Business conditions • Build and share insights with clients/ prospects using IQVIA solutions and market data.
