JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective negotiation and strategic business development. This role requires a blend of analytical skills and marketing expertise to ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying new opportunities for expansion.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field,
  • Experience in the construction field is a strong asset
  • Experience with WSIB, employer taxes, and standard AP functions is required
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and marketing strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.
  • Strong proven skills in Advanced Excel are required.

    Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • supports the operation through the examination of the costing, fixed asset functions, monthly reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Support Senior Management team with business planning through high caliber analysis of financial inputs including bids
  • Prepare and liaise with auditors
  • Maintain and improve upon Computerized Accounting/Inventory Control systems
  • Prepare and liaise with auditors during annual audits
  • supervise daily AP, AR Bookeeping functions
