Essential Job Functions * Lead and manage operations for account to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the Company's standards * Maximize profitability through superior service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the manager as well as client as needed * Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and escalate issues as the need arises * Provide excellent service and responsiveness to client * Monitor the financial aspects of the assigned account (purchasing, budget preparation and review, reporting and expenses). Other Skills & Abilities * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications Physical Requirements * Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components * Sitting for extended periods of time * Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus * Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight * This job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location  Education & Experience * High school diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred * Minimum five years of related experience required * Minimum four years of industry experience required  * Minimum three years of supervisory experience required WHY SHOULD YOU WORK FOR CRANE?
