We’re seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Administrator / Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Fulton Hogan, based in Napier. In this varied dual-role, you’ll take ownership of all Accounts Payable functions—including processing, customer service (internal and external), documentation, administration, record-keeping, reporting, and information management. As the first point of contact for our office, you’ll welcome and assist both internal and external visitors, ensuring a friendly and efficient reception experience. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our reception area, promptly managing enquiries and prioritising excellent customer service. This role is part time 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
