Job Description Raffles The Red Sea, located in the beautiful coastal city of Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Account Payable professional to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and vendor information Reconcile account statements and handle payment discrepancies Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments Assist in month-end closing procedures Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve account issues Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and maintain financial accuracy Assist in preparing financial reports and analysis as needed Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with electronic payment systems and online banking platforms Familiarity with Saudi Arabian tax regulations and accounting standards (preferred) Additional Information What’s in it for you...
