We are seeking a new talent to join the Program, Project & Service Management team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the Client Team.

Responsibilities

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. This includes defining project scope and monitoring the execution of deliverables.

  • You will communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes.
  • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
  • You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) Business Services is required. Intermediate proficiency in Program Project Management, Project Resource Management, and advanced proficiency in Commercial PMO is recommended.
  • Develop and implement project plans that align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
