Job Description

• The ideal candidate needs to showcase attention-to-detail ability and a willingness to take initiative in developing their role within our supportive and efficient Retail Team.
• They should (a) work well with cross-functional teams to help maintain Company’s Retail profitability goals and (b) have a foundational understanding of accounting, particularly in retail and/or eCommerce.
• Prepare and send out invoices to customers and between cross companies on a timely basis.
• Ensure all incoming payments are received and processed.
• Performs reconciliation.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
