We are seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Officer and Administrator (20-hour contract) to join our finance team based at head office in Morningside on a fixed term contract for a period of 12 months.
Reporting to the NZ Finance Controller and working alongside a friendly and supportive Finance team, you will primarily be responsible for accounts receivable and assist with office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full end-to-end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, customer queries, and credit control.
  • Administrative tasks including setting up new projects in our ERP, booking travel, ordering stationery / office supplies, liaising with cleaners and tradespeople, arranging couriers, and other ad hoc tasks.
  • Timesheet data entry for weekly wages.

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Previous Accounts Receivable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail with focus on accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience using Microsoft D365 (desirable)
