Description

Responsibilities: Assist in billing operation, such as creating proforma invoices, updating customer profile in data recapitulation Assist in delivery of invoices (both hardcopy and softcopy) Assist in addressing request in ticketing queue (such as inquiry or sending VAT tax invoice / Faktur Pajak PPN) Addressing billing inquiries send by customer via Whatsapp or email Assist in reconciliation of data dan resolving discrepancy Requirements: Actively working towards a Diploma or Bachelors in Accounting. Have an experience in manual and automatic invoice system. High level of analytical, attention to detail, and responsibility. Capable works well independently and as a team. Can follow instruction well and capable to work with busy schedule Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist in billing operations, including creating proforma invoices and updating customer profiles. They will also handle invoice delivery and address customer inquiries related to billing.
