Description
The Role: Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor the Accounts Receivable Analyst maintains appropriate level of receivables on customer accounts as defined in the annual goal. What you will do: Record and process accounts receivable information concerning payments, deductions and Trade Promotion (MDF) expenditure tracking. Investigate, analyze, address and report developing problems and trends relating to A/R. Interact with Customers, Brokers or Sales Personnel to resolve outstanding issues. Perform regular analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and to take steps required to attain service goals and objectives. Compile monthly reports and communicate results to the appropriate personnel. What you will need: Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Sales or Operations 2+ years' accounts receivable experience Good listening skills, a sense of urgency, a high tolerance for stress and good organizational skills Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Customer Focus Attention to detail and Accuracy Proficiency in Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) General Accounting concepts Must demonstrate professionalism and self-confidence to perform effectively A reasonable Pay range is $20/hr. - $26/hr.
