• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings, providing actionable insights to management.
• Manage payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and compliance with tax regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) demonstrating expertise and commitment to the accounting profession.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance, ideally within a corporate environment or specific industry.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Job Summary & Purpose

AR Lead Accountant ensures their company receives payments for services and records these transaction accordingly.

• Recording transactions
• Recording basic transactions related to receivable and revenue cycle
• Maintaining the billing system
• Performing account reconciliations
• Invoice generate
• Issuing invoices and billing completely and accurately all customers in due time.
• Generating invoices and account statements
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
• Documentation
• Filling the paper work and supporting document in an organized manner
• Provide the documentation when required
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
• Producing monthly financial reports
• Assisting in general financial management analysis
• Health & Safety
• Perform their daily tasks in lines with the health and safety guidelines of the organization.
