QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Sage Intacct ERP is a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Agency Reconciliation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately reconciling and reporting daily transaction activity within a consolidated reporting structure. You’ll help ensure accuracy in financial reporting and play a key part in month-end closings, ledger management, and resolving variances.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the dedicated accountant .
• Report directly to the Corporate Accounting Manager and work in coordination with the CFO.
• Collaborate with other Reconciliation Analysts to develop and implement standardized processes and procedures.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare accurate journal entries.
• Perform timely month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Complete bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
• Provide support to other departments on accounting issues and financial queries.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting procedures.
• Perform other general accounting tasks as needed.
