The Account Relationship Specialist (ARS) is an inbound/outbound role that spends their time handling inbound inquiries in chat, e-mail and by phone. Along with outbound activities supporting our customer retention and data integrity.
ARS will handle incoming customer calls, chats, and e-mails and will answer questions, recommend products, and process quotes, orders, and returns. The ARS will be knowledgeable about Carrot-Top’s Brands, product and service offerings so they can provide product solution recommendations based on customer requirements and respond to questions based on customers’ reservations.
Account Relationship Specialist will make outbound calls to our existing customers as part of our ongoing retention/reengagement efforts as well as to alert them of new product, promotions, and other great Carrot-Top opportunities along with following up with open quotes and orders for these accounts.
Experience working with computers, ARS’s will navigate across tools and systems needed in daily operations. Maintaining a positive attitude and courteous demeanor during activity peaks is expected.
Primary Schedules are 10 am-2 pm or 11am-3 pm.
Additional flexibility is preferred.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma/GED
EXPERIENCE
§ 2+ years of customer service experience
§ 2+ years of Inbound and outbound call experience

· Knowledge of Microsoft products or similar programs preferred
