Job Description Job Description Captura Hall is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Representative to manage client relationships, maintain account health, and support business development goals. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Serve as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients Manage, update, and monitor client accounts Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and requests Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities Maintain detailed records of client communications and account activity Collaborate with internal departments to deliver client-focused solutions Monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning Prepare and present performance reports and proposals to clients Qualifications Qualifications Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Additional Information Benefits Competitive annual salary: $60,000 – $64,000 Opportunities for internal promotion and career development Skill development and training programs Collaborative and supportive team environment Paid time off, holidays, and wellness support
