Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong relationships, managing client needs, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. The Account Representative will support daily account operations, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold Beloform’s high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication. Support the management of client relations by tracking account progress, resolving inquiries, and coordinating internal resources. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure smooth account operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive solutions aligned with their goals and expectations. Monitor account status and identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and long-term retention. Assist with preparing presentations, updates, and follow-up materials for client meetings.
