What You’ll Do On a Typical Day * Proactively communicate with customers on a daily/weekly basis to ensure excellent customer service. * Enter accurate and complete load details in McLeod. * Perform timely updates to customers on their loads the rough website, EDI, phone calls, emails, etc. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role * Strong customer service skills required * Strong computer and typing skills required * Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required * One year of industry experience required Be part of something big.

Responsibilities

The representative will proactively communicate with customers daily or weekly to ensure excellent service and provide timely updates regarding their loads via various channels. Duties also include accurately entering complete load details into the McLeod system.
