Qualifications * Strong communication and attention to detail are vital in this role * Strong customer service skills required * Strong computer and typing skills required * Minimum of two years in an office or administrative role required  * One year of industry experience required Be part of something big.  
Responsibilities
The representative will proactively communicate with customers daily or weekly to ensure excellent service and provide timely updates regarding their loads via various channels. Duties also include accurately entering complete load details into the McLeod system.
