Job Overview 综述 This position is responsible for managing new & existing customers relationships. The position will be responsible for the promotion and sales of MSF PET/PEN films to multi applications and market. He/she is also responsible for develop the new opportunities to catch up market needs and driving profitable business growth. Responsibilities 职责 Adherence to company core values, code of conduct. Manage the assigned channels /customers, fully accountable for their sales performance, achieve business goals and target on sales & development. Build & maintain sustainable relationship with existing customers and make breakthrough in the new developed accounts in the market. Proactively update competition landscape and Market intelligence Understand market trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities. Work with Global technical team for new business development. Qualifications 要求 Bachelor degree or above. Good written and spoken English. Japanese competency is a plus. Minimum 5-8 years’ sales or business development experience in chemical industry Excellent value chain management experience & skill. Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with different departments and deliver the result. A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals. Self-motivated, proactive and be able to work under pressure, willing to travel frequently. Proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
