MMA Vézina is looking for the ideal candidate for the position of Account Representative – Commercial Damage Insurance to join a dynamic team of Account Executives, Technical Assistants and Account Representatives. Our offices are located in Montreal on Pierre-De Coubertin Avenue, near the Olympic Stadium.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT:

• Five to ten years of experience in commercial damage insurance;
• Hold a commercial-lines damage insurance license issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers;
• Completion of a DEC or an AEC in insurance and financial services (an asset);
• Bilingualism (French and English) The use of the English language is required, as this position involves frequent contact with international clients and/or external partners. As the primary contact for the assigned clients and/or external partners, no other employee can communicate on their behalf;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook ;
• Proficiency in Applied TAM software (an asset).

• Ensure the best quality of service to a portfolio of clients;
• Negotiate and execute contract renewals and amendments;
• Market and negotiate with insurers;
• Prepare all customer invoices;
• Verify that the contracts issued are in accordance with the negotiations made.
• Perform other related duties as requested by the manager or management team.
