You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time. Position Purpose: The role will be supporting the Marketplace Call Center thru the Service Delivery Team. Partner with Product Owners, Shared Services internal departments, Health Plans regarding product, process, and plan details. Analyze metrics and identify trends to provide opportunities for process and operational improvements. Provide Contact Center and System SME support toward the successful delivery of annual Marketplace/Ambetter Initiatives. Communicate product updates and changes to operations through appropriate communication channels. Develop product or procedure documentation, work process, and talking points as needed in partnership with Call Center Operations, ARRT, NCQA, Accreditation, and Ambetter Product Teams. Conduct Escalation Research/Problem Resolution as needed. Work with the Service Quality and Grievance teams to track and monitor DOI and Grievance items to completion. Preferred Skills: Call Center Experience Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power-BI or Qualtrics. Excellent analysis, verbal, and communication skills. Additionally, learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business. Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period. Role is REMOTE, may work from any US location. Dates: May 18th - August 8th (40hrs/wk.)
