In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our clients on their wellness journeys while helping our business thrive through meaningful relationships and exceptional service. Responsibilities: Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and improve long-term retention rates Identify at-risk accounts and implement strategies to re-engage and retain clients Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and program adherence Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed Track and manage account activity using CRM tools to monitor retention metrics Collaborate with wellness and sales teams to align client success strategies Educate clients on program benefits, updates, and available resources to maximize their experience Requirements: Previous experience in customer retention, account management, or client services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy, professionalism, and confidence Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Experience with CRM software or customer management platforms is a plus Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred About Us: Gratitude Weight Loss Honolulu is a dedicated wellness company based in Kapolei, HI, committed to helping clients achieve lasting, meaningful weight loss results through personalized support and proven programs.
