ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Full-Time Account Sales Executive who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and drive serious growth. You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business, managing key accounts, and helping us expand across residential and commercial markets. This is a full-time role for someone hungry to hit targets, build relationships, and earn uncapped commission.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, DMs, networking, and community outreach
• Sales Conversion: Follow up with warm leads, pitch services, handle objections, and close the deal
• Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth handoffs to our operations team, set expectations, and nurture early-stage relationships
• Account Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, upsell services, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Territory Development: Help us grow market share in targeted neighborhoods and commercial corridors across Orange County
• CRM Management: Keep detailed notes, track leads, and monitor your pipeline through our systems
• Performance Tracking: Hit or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals
