Description
Independently or as part of a team, contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers. Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing sales strategies Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and documentation needed to book an order. May assist in negotiating final pricing. Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis. Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations
