WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong background in embedded systems, server platforms, or semiconductor technology. They should have a deep understanding of BIOS, BMC firmware, and related system software, along with the ability to translate technical features into clear business value for OEMs, ODMs, hyperscalers, and enterprise customers.
This person is a relationship builder who excels at engaging both technical and business stakeholders—comfortable discussing roadmaps with engineering teams while also driving commercial outcomes with executives. They are self-motivated, results-oriented, and experienced in managing complex sales cycles within the data center, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure markets. We are looking for someone who can effectively collaborate not only within our sales team but also other internal teams to ensure success.
A successful candidate combines technical fluency with strong business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment, and has a track record of exceeding quota targets through consultative, solution-based selling.
SUMMARY:
This is a base + commissioned sales position responsible for managing the relationship between Insyde Software and embedded, server, and data center (networking, security, edge-computing) prospects and customers in the United States. Responsible for all aspects of the customer engagement and influencing the selection of Insyde Software’s UEFI BIOS and OpenBMC manageability firmware solutions in new computing designs. This position works closely with Insyde’s Sales Engineer and Engineering staff to recommend or develop technical solutions that meet the prospect’s/customer’s requirements. Responsible for maximizing business within account base to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Proactively seek new opportunities, successfully establish, and manage long term customer relationships.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and sales call reports. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and industry partners.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
