Description
Grow the Service revenue and booking in the region and in the allocated major accounts Identify customer needs and develop/implement complex sales strategies - generate service solutions that will help our customers cope with their innovative and changing business environments Lead independently customer relations and negotiations, from the initial service quotes to the final contract signature Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, gained through 2-3 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry or 5+ years of sales experience outside the industry Excellent communication skills to lead working sessions and discussions both internally and with customers Creativity in generating solutions while remaining aligned with standard selling concepts (Product Option Architecture) and its requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, primarily within Germany Ability to maintain high motivation and dedication to deliver results and achieve objectives Technical background would be a strong plus
