In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop customized sales strategies that drive growth and enhance the client experience. Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned client accounts with a focus on retention and expansion Develop new business by identifying and pursuing qualified leads Conduct client meetings to understand business goals and propose tailored solutions Prepare and present professional proposals and sales presentations Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently Collaborate with internal marketing and service teams to deliver on client expectations Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Provide market feedback to support strategic planning and service development Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client services Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($56,000 – $61,000 per year) Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development Collaborative and empowering work environment Skills development and career advancement pathways Monday to Friday schedule (full-time, 8-hour shifts)
