Position Summary Overview The Account Service Advisor is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth within assigned employer organization accounts. This role serves as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and business goals. What you’ll do: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and ensuring consistent communication and support. Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services or products within existing accounts to increase revenue. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics to recommend improvements. Issue Resolution: Handle client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with company objectives and client goals. Product Development Feedback: Consistently contribute employer account feedback to relevant internal stakeholders to inform enhancements to plan and experience design. Qualifications What you’ll need: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HubSpot software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of group health and retirement benefits market is highly desirable. Desired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders. Knowledge of business operations within a church setting is preferred. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Working Conditions Full-time position; hybrid or remote options may be available depending on company policy. Occasional travel to client sites or industry events. The range of the base salary is estimated between $76,000 to $90,000 commensurate with the experience of the final candidate. There is an annual incentive target, a generous annual retirement contribution, an immediately fully vested 14% retirement plan contribution and a comprehensive benefits program including employer fully paid health and welfare insurance, and generous PTO policy.
