WHAT WILL YOUR MISSION BE AS AN ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER?

As an Account Service Manager, you, with your colleagues, ensure that everything runs smoothly within team FRANCE. You know everything there is to know about your customers and you make sure we, as elho, keep our promises. You are responsible for an efficient order flow, providing product and price information and have an interest in making (digital) process improvements. Setting priorities is easy for you. You are the first point of contact for sales managers in the field and you participate in internal meetings. If necessary, you help with processing orders or administration. Everything to set up a successful commercial relationship with your customers. So, do you love being in contact with your customers and colleagues in French, and do you also love working with different software systems, then this is the job for you!
In a nutshell: We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication skills who loves working in an international environment. You are the “go-to” person for customers and elho colleagues and you know to keep the balance between the customer’s wishes and the possibilities within elho. You can keep an overview, think logically, are solution-oriented and you enjoy optimizing processes. You are a good listener and have a service-oriented attitude. You are a real team player and enjoy diversity in your work. And of course, you love nature!

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the workload is followed up optimally and in a timely manner within your team, in collaboration with the customer care representatives;
  • Take care of quotations, orders, assortment and price lists;
  • Support the FRANCE team sales managers by preparing specific customer and sales promotions;
  • Participate in periodic sales meetings;
  • You are not afraid to make proposals regarding the optimization of processes.
