QUALIFICATION/REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 1-3 years of experience working within customer service, account management service or a comparable function
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal in English; knowledge of German would be a strong advantage
  • Excellent integrated thinking skills between business and technology, coupled with high degree of clients and stakeholder centricity
  • High analytical and problem-solving competence
  • Profound experience in process definitions, conceptual work, and structured management reporting
  • Experience in stakeholders and people management
  • Team player, self-motivated, performance driven and target oriented working ethics
  • Knowledge about the services delivered by especially by Deutsche Börse Group entities would be preferable
  • Knowledge about Microsoft Power-Apps (e.g. Power BI) is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intercompany contract end-to-end creation as well as approval process with respective internal Group stakeholders (e.g. Outsourcing, Accounting, Tax etc.)
  • Support internal supplier in definition of service scope, pricing and KPI
  • Facilitate alignment between internal customers and suppliers
  • Create report on a regular basis to executive management
  • Maintain data quality of services and KPIs in respective tool
  • Be the single point of contact for the responsible legal entities and business owners on intercompany contract related topics
