GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Executive Operations Program Manager provides strategic counsel, hands-on responsibilities, execution, and communication support to the Senior Executive Vice President as well as the senior leadership in Technology, Member Service Contact Center, Enterprise Project Management Office, and Corporate Strategy. This role involves coordinating key strategic roadmaps, facilitating communication, ensuring collaboration, and driving initiatives that align with the teams’ business strategies. Success in this position requires a digital-forward, analytical mindset, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities, translate and connect data insights to strategic outcomes, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

QUALIFICATIONS:1. EDUCATION:
a. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or Organizational leadership, or a related field.
2. EXPERIENCE:
a. Five or more years of experience in a business management or executive role.
b. Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
c. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
d. Experience in data analysis and budget management.
e. Proven success in a project coordination role.
f. Experience working with senior executives, with the ability to influence decision-making and drive alignment across stakeholders.
3. KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
a. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
b. Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity.
c. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
d. Experience with digital collaboration tools and dashboards.
e. Ability to synthesize complex data and insights into clear narratives to support decision-making.
f. High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships up, down, and across the organization.
