(DHi) is seeking an Account Services Administrator to support account management teams with client documentation, reporting, and service coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure client accounts are accurately maintained, assist with administrative tasks, and support delivery of high-quality client services. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple account-related tasks efficiently. Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Administration Maintain accurate client account records and documentation. Support account managers with administrative tasks, reporting, and communications. Assist in onboarding new clients and updating account information. Client Communication Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for client presentations. Reporting & Analytics Generate account reports and performance metrics for leadership and account managers. Support internal data tracking and reporting initiatives. Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with operations, finance, and program teams to ensure client accounts are fully supported. Assist with workflow improvements related to account services and client deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of administrative, client services, or account support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/accounting systems. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential client information. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting clients in defense, government contracting, or professional services. Familiarity with account reporting and client tracking systems.
