SKILLS - QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Training: High school diploma or equivalency. 2 to 3 years- experience in an office environment performing similar tasks preferred. Experience in Property Management industry a plus.
Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ability to perform with minimum supervision and make decisions independently. Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritize workload, meet hard and fast deadline. Must be a team player. Must possess strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with multiple tasks, information organization.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and replying to open calls and emails
  • Arranging and processing payment plans with homeowners
  • Updating owner billing addresses and related information
  • Processing adjustments on owner’s accounts
  • Charging violation fines for property accounts
  • Charging miscellaneous account fees (e.g., work-orders, resident key fobs, etc.)
  • Partnering with association managers to identify property accounts to be processed for liens
  • Partnering with association managers to identify property accounts to be processed for foreclosures
  • Charging owner accounts for both management company fees and attorney’s fees
  • Recording and processing bankruptcies for property accounts
  • Verifying that statuses of delinquent accounts are updated monthly
  • Monitoring and processing legal invoices
  • Reviewing board approved waivers and settlements and adjusting owner accounts accordingly
  • Processing attorney requests and obtaining attorney approvals
  • Other duties as assigned
