What you do: Professional level Operations employee responsible for relationships within Operations, Allianz stakeholders and other key business partners, including internal/external Distribution partners, depending on business area. Provide value to key business partners by serving as a business consultant assisting them in developing strong business practices to reduce their business risk and increase digital adoption. Successfully influences business results through strong relationships, recommending/implementing process improvements and driving digital adoption. Accountable for accurately applying extensive knowledge of Allianz's business, products, customers, and Operations and adhering to established guidelines, policies and procedures, and regulations. Uses sound judgement to make the appropriate decisions for both the customer and Allianz. • Partners with key business partners including the following (dependent on business area): FMO's, Broker Dealer, producers, registered reps, attorneys, trustees and POAs by providing education, coaching, training and proactive communication. Understands internal and external business needs including industry trends. Takes ownership, exercises sound judgement to ensure a positive service experience. • Actively seeks areas for service and process improvements, identify and analyze trends for proposed changes to ensure accuracy and ease of business. Accurately applies extensive process knowledge to proactively anticipate customer needs and identify any potential issues, create recommendations and facilitate action for resolution. • Act as a team lead, mentor or subject matter expert for assigned area. Provides guidance and support in claims processing, customer service, and problem-solving. Assists in training new hires and ensures adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures. . • Manages Complex Claims: Handles and resolves complex claims issues by investigating, evaluating, and determining appropriate action for claims submitted. Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. . • Documentation and Reporting: Maintains accurate and detailed records of claims activities, including relevant documentation, correspondence, and investigation findings. Generates reports and provide analysis as required. • Continuous lmprovement: ldentifies process inefficiencies and recommends improvements to enhance claims services, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness. Participates in and contributes to the implementation of process improvement initiative • Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI).
