About the Role The Account Specialist role offers the opportunity to take ownership of and drive significant sales growth with industry leaders. You will partner closely with these key customers to understand and support their business through the value of the Reece product and service. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialised services, supplying plumbing and bathroom products to home builders and commercial developers Building strong working relationships with key customers and their staff across all levels of business, supported by a high level of product knowledge and expertise Supporting customers in terms of quotations, product selection and advice on organisation and logistics Achieving agreed sales and margin growth targets and activity levels. Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member What We’re Looking For: People skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, colleagues and customers Willingness to 'have a go' Ability to work to deadlines through good discipline, planning and time-management skills Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software package would be advantageous, but not essential Experience working as a key account manager, external sales representative and/or relevant industry/product experience would be advantageous, but not essential Proficient with Microsoft Windows programs including, Word, Outlook and Excel What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
