WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

As an International Account Specialist, you’ll be a critical support partner to the Account Management team, helping execute international sales and promotional campaigns. Your day-to-day work will involve:

• Reviewing international contracts and purchase orders.
• Coordinating product shipments across borders—collaborating with international vendors, freight forwarders, and regulatory agencies.
• Managing export documentation and ensuring compliance with country-specific trade and shipping requirements.
• Supporting sales teams through global client meetings and training others on international account workflows.
• Maintaining and updating records related to international product promotions and compliance files.

To be successful in this internationally focused role, your background should include:

• Experience in logistics, international shipping, or import/export compliance.
• Familiarity with port, export, or country-specific regulations.
• Intermediate skills in Outlook and Excel.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external vendors around the globe.
• Experience in account coordination or customer service in fast-paced, high-performance work environments
