THE BASICS Role Summary: This role partners closely with Sales Consultants (Branding Consultants) to conceptualize, design, and deliver visually compelling branded merchandise solutions for clients worldwide. The Account Specialist plays a key role in translating client goals and brand guidelines into polished creative presentations, mockups, and marketing materials, as well managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate is confident working with creative platforms like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, being able to contribute to visual ideas, creative direction, and thoughtful recommendations. Strong project management skills are essential to manage both creative needs and order production, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met. Strong communication skills are also essential to maintain client relationships, coordinate seamlessly with vendors, and collaborate with internal production teams. This role balances creative execution, client communication, and order management, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism when handling time-sensitive information. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys designing, presenting, and refining visuals for clients, while also keeping projects moving efficiently from concept through delivery. WHAT YOU’LL DO Design creative client-facing materials, including branded presentations, product mockups, visual decks, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Translate client briefs, brand standards, and objectives into clear, visually engaging concepts and layouts. Collaborate with Sales Consultants to develop creative merchandise ideas and visual storytelling that support client pitches and programs. Build and maintain polished creative decks and presentations, ensuring accuracy in product details, branding, and timelines. Manage projects from creative concept through order placement and delivery, including verifying pricing, timelines, and approvals. Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure design intent and specifications are accurately executed. Maintain internal production and project management systems to support workflow efficiency. In collaboration with your Branding Consultant, create product decks and marketing visuals for clients. Serve as an extension of the Branding Consultant, maintaining strong client relationships and consistent communication. Partner with internal teams (Billing, AR/AP, Operations) to support account needs, including invoicing and order tracking. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH 1+ years of experience in the Promotional Products industry, experience with client / account management, OR other client-facing role supporting branded marketing, merchandising, or visual design. Strong skills in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (creating layouts, mockups, and branded visuals). A strong eye for design, layout, and visual consistency, with attention to brand standards and detail. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Confidence collaborating directly with clients and internal stakeholders, including marketing and creative teams. Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas, tracking projects, and addressing challenges proactively. High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize incoming requests with minimal oversight. A professional, positive, and collaborative attitude with a strong team-player mindset.
