About the Role: In this opportunity as an Account Specialist​, you will have the following resposibilities: Renewal Management: Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer value realization. Commercial Execution: Prepare quotes, contracts, and documentation; manage inbound commercial inquiries; identify and execute low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Customer Engagement: Act as a primary contact for commercial and support-related inquiries; confirm renewal intent and clarify terms with customers. Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities; maintain accurate CRM records and renewal forecasts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth processing of commercial transactions and strategic alignment. About You You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: 2+ years in account management, renewals, inside sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in SaaS or recurring revenue environments) and accounts portfolio management. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Skills & Attributes: Advanced English proficiency both written and oral (candidates will be tested before setting up an interview) Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Proficient in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms). Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally. Ability to build value propositions aligned with customer needs. Key Metrics Renewal & Retention: % of contracts successfully renewed, and customers retained. Cross-Sales & Upsells: Revenue generated from low-complexity upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Daily Activities Drive timely and accurate renewals through proactive customer communication and documentation. Handle inbound commercial requests and support pricing discussions. Collaborate across teams to align on customer strategy, pricing, and contract terms. Maintain visibility into commercial performance through accurate forecasting and CRM updates.
