You will have responsibility for the following items: Provides liaison between WEG and the Market (Customers, Reps and Distributors) for any type of requests related to Request for Quotes (RFQs) and Product Performance Reports (PPRs) covering our product scope of supply. Reviews customer specifications, then obtains necessary information from Engineering and other departments to develop pricing & form completion to compete in bidding processes. Contacts distributors, reps and customers regularly for feedback information. Answers troubleshooting / field questions, by phone, email or fax, to ensure high level of customer service. Assists Sales Team in resolving technical concerns of customers.
