Job Responsibilities: Ensure that all serious & relevant clients find the services they need & convert with a service provider through UNLOCK. Own & enhance the UNLOCK experience for all clients who come to UNLOCK searching for services. Give all clients an initial welcome call to explain the process & understand their service requirements / brief. Vet all clients to ensure the services they require are relevant to UNLOCK, that they are seriously looking to work with a services agency and that they have a suitable budget. Match clients with the most suitable service providers - this includes contacting providers, checking providers listings on UNLOCK and / or doing independent research directly to check for suitability prior to making the match. Build an ongoing relationship with all clients to ensure UNLOCK is their first choice whenever they are looking for business services in the future. Seek feedback and maintain and accurately update all clients’ feedback on a daily basis. - The job scope will evolve according to the business needs and priorities over time. Job Requirements: 1-3 Years of Experience as a Customer Success Specialist or relevant experience (Business Development, etc...). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply High level of collaboration skills. Experience with customer success or account management. Understanding of professional services. Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in English. Benefits: Hybrid working model; 3 days from the office. The rest are from home with Fridays and Saturdays OFF.
