About the Role: AKQA São Paulo is seeking an experienced and strategic Account Supervisor to join their Account Management team. This role is for a natural leader passionate about digital strategies, client relationship management, and complex project execution, acting as a crucial link between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional work and drive business success. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of national and international accounts, from strategy to execution of online and offline campaigns. Leading creative brief development, campaign production oversight, and media strategy implementation/optimization. Proactive client relationship management, aligning deliverables and fostering partnerships. Effective budget and timeline control for projects. In-depth analysis of campaign results and KPIs for strategic decision-making. Required Skills & Experience: Solid prior agency experience in an account professional role (Senior Account Executive, or Account Supervisor). Proven experience with digital campaigns and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem. Advanced/Fluent English (written and verbal) for international interactions. Ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies. Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in organization, multi-project management, and proactive problem-solving. Familiarity with project management tools and digital marketing platforms. Results-oriented mindset.
