Description

RH Strategic is seeking an Account Supervisor, Digital Media to drive integrated digital campaigns that produce engagement and measurable results. In this client-facing role, you’ll develop and execute smart, multi-channel strategies across paid, owned, and social platforms. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape campaign direction, creative and messaging development, and turn insights into actionable plans that move audiences. You will serve as a strategic advisor to both internal teams and clients, guiding cross-platform campaigns that are insight-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with broader communications goals.
This is a full-time position based in Seattle, with an in-office presence required at least three days per week.
RH Strategic is a well-established public relations agency with a robust client portfolio across technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, sustainability, and education industries. REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital strategy, including agency experience
  • Demonstrated experience with digital platforms, paid media, analytics tools, and performance optimization (Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, programmatic platforms (Meltwater), and analytics tools (Talkwalker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or SpyFu
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated digital campaigns that meet or exceed KPIs, including strong command of digital performance metrics and experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong creative sensibility and ability to bridge messaging with audience behavior and channel dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively; confident in front of clients and internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
