In this role, you will contribute to the agency’s success by ensuring that your accounts run smoothly by supporting your clients and team. You should be naturally proactive, solution-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and radiate positive energy.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Three to five years of experience in a creative advertising agency;
  • Experience in 360 Campaign channels (including broadcast, digital, social, radio, etc.),
  • Meticulous attention to detail;
  • Degree in marketing or communications or any other related sector (asset).

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passionate about the marketing communications industry
  • Independent and resourceful, with strong leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
  • Good analytical and reflective skills
  • At ease working with external partners
  • Adept at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
  • Comfortable expressing yourself, both in speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective and professional relationships with clients;
  • Help draft briefs with Strategist and Account Director and brief the teams involved;
  • Provide complete project management (from planning to delivery);
  • Manage the creative and production teams assigned to a project;
  • Ensure strict budget and timeline management;
  • Contribute to the development of clients’ strategic orientations by ensuring all materials are on strategy and meet client and agency objectives;
  • Assess and solve problems that occur during a project;
  • Attend meetings and take part in client presentations;
  • Build and maintain relationships of trust with internal teams and media partners;
  • Perform any other tasks related to this position.
