Responsibilities
  • Supporting B2B Sales function and clients through all stages of the sales cycle (processing to operational)
  • Responsible driving customer relationships to further develop opportunities while ensuring a consistent experience for the customer.
  • During customer interactions, offer industry insights, market intelligence and internal observations of the customer’s business that advances their priorities and opens new opportunities.
  • Adhere to monthly/quarterly accountability requirements and plan to achieve targets set.
  • Ensure that all levels of engagement positively contribute to the customer and to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure corporate strategies are fulfilled by collaborating with sales managers, operational team and finance.
  • Analyse existing and new business opportunities.
  • Supporting key clients in the day-to-day utility management of their portfolios.
