Responsibilities
  • Maintain and present scorecard/metrics/demand forecasts that track progress/challenges/future growth for dedicated accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings related to customer orders, prioritization, resolving customer issues.
  • Assist the Account Project Manager with the control and execution to onboard new customers and/or new products.
  • Act as a key conduit between Sales and Operations to assist in the further growth of MeriCal.
  • Process customer Purchase/Sales Orders via EDI or manual entry in a timely manner, maintaining all critical date milestones to support on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor and action activities associated with orders and inventory for the dedicated customers.
  • Communicate effectively, order status, order requirements and order lifecycle to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain related departments to ensure all customer demands, requirements and inventory needs are met.
  • Address all customer issues in a timely manner by being the customer liaison to manufacturing, quality, shipping and accounts receivable.
  • Monitor inventory levels, requirements and pending shipments.
  • Collaborate with Planning to ensure production work orders are entered timely and correctly and collaborate with procurement for component inventory levels.
  • Participate in daily and weekly operations meetings by being the face of the customer to ensure their order requirements (due dates, quantities, and order priorities are being met).
  • Supports Sales by assisting in the building and maintaining of business relationships with current and future customers by providing prompt and accurate data.
  • Respond to questions and complaints from customers in an expedited manner.
