A big part of our brand is community engagement — we regularly host building events and implement on-site marketing programs to create excitement and awareness.

We are seeking an Account Support Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone energetic, detail-oriented, and service-focused who enjoys event execution and direct interaction with building staff and residents.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Executing resident events (typically from 5:30–7:30 PM, 2–4 evenings per week) across our partner buildings.
• Handling event setup, breakdown, and onsite presence to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience.
• Implementing and maintaining building-level marketing materials (flyers, posters, signage, branded giveaways, etc.).
• Upholding high service standards — representing Faireez with professionalism and warmth.
• Providing feedback and reporting on events and marketing performance.
